Visiting from out of town today and Susan took great care of us. I’m pretty sure she was the only server and she was WONDERFUL. Even when I’m sure she was very busy we watched her take care of each guest equally with care. Her positive attitude radiated, she made our day brighter! Thank you, Susan!!
Food was fantastic. By far the best quality Pizza King in New Castle is Broad St. Staff was amazing as well. Dave gave me a 1/1 about my pizza boxing skills for my leftovers. We all had a great laugh about it and next time I now know how to put those leftovers in the box
One of the last Pizza King that still does it right. Most of the others have changed the pizza dough or only hire drug addicts to ruin the Great Pizza King experience we fell in love with years ago!
Our waitress was Belinda. She was amazing and very hard working. Proves why the best location is Broad st. In Newcastle In. Recommend 10/10

Today was my first visit to this Pizza King. I've been to a few others, but this was the first one that also had a grill! I appreciated having some additional food options alongside the usual PK menu. I got a deluxe grilled cheese with breadsticks and then took home a slice of peanut butter pie; all of it was delicious! The staff was kind and welcoming, and there was a nice, relaxed atmosphere as well.
